ParallelsTM DITTO

The Parallels™ DITTO is manufactured with a wood veneer facing on black fire-rated MDF blades secured to a continuous high-density PET acoustical backer. Parallels™ DITTO is designed to be installed on walls and is available standard in wood veneer, and an FSC®-certified core is available when required. An NRC of 0.75 to 0.95 is achievable with our standard mounting details.

Perfecto® Micro QSP Panel

The Perfecto^® Micro Quick Ship Program (QSP) delivers ready-to-install panels within 2 weeks of order release. Stock panels can be trimmed and edged in the field with matching pre-finished edge banding due to RPG’s proprietary Flex™ core. The Flex™ core design allows the panel to be cut down with clean edges for edge banding. It also allows factory conversion of stock panels to TNG Planks with an average 2-4 weeks added lead time. Perfecto^® Micro QSP utilizes hundreds of thousands of nominal 0.4mm laser perforations to efficiently absorb a broad range of sound frequencies, achieving NRC ratings up to 0.95. Panels have high recycled content and are ULEF, FSC, and Class A fire-rated.

The Golden Pyramid™ T22 is a high-impact, thermoformed unit in a basic shape. It is an economical solution in architectural acoustics used in band and choral rooms to blend the direct and reflected sound to increase intelligibility and enhance musical clarity and intimacy. Low-frequency absorption is also achieved. Units can be manufactured with internal stiffeners for increased rigidity and a liner for decreased bass absorption.

The Planarform™ Reflector A Panel, available in an aluminum skin with a honeycomb core, is used in auditoriums to blend the direct and early reflected sound to increase intelligibility and enhance musical clarity and intimacy. When absorptive material is placed into the rear cavity of the assembled unit in an overhead canopy configuration, significant reverberation time reduction in the space can also be accomplished. The symmetrical Planarform™ Reflector A Panel can also be arrayed to reduce periodicity effects and be installed on the walls or ceilings.

Peak Performance 2.0 Fabric Panels

RPG’s Peak Performance 2.0 fabric panel system delivers all of the key elements of a balanced acoustical design: absorption, diffusion and low-frequency control in a simple, economical 3-panel approach.

Apply a 3:2:1 ratio to achieve the collective results posted in the datasheet:

(3) BAD Panel 2.0, Hybrid Absorptive/Diffusive

At all thickness options, the three different panels are the exact same thickness for perfect alignment in the field. The core configurations are different; however, once they are wrapped in fabric, you will never know that there is more going on acoustically than meets the eye.

The Modsorbor™ 2.0 Panel redesign allows us to offer the panels in larger dimensions. The durable, high-performance, tuned acoustical core with hardened square or shaped edges wrapped in an acoustic fabric offers focused upper bass/lower mid-range absorption (extending down into bass range with the thicker options) without affecting higher frequencies, yielding an NRC/SAA as low as 0.25/0.27.

Consider pairing it with the new BAD™ Panel 2.0 and the Broadsorbor™ 2.0 Panel for a complete acoustic solution. All three panel types now share identical thicknesses, making them interchangeable during design.

The BAD™ (Binary Amplitude Diffuser) 2.0 Panel redesigns an RPG classic that brings with it improved off-axis diffusion and boosted absorption through the mid-range frequencies.

The BAD™ Panel 2.0 offers a unique synergy of advanced acoustic technology and simplicity of construction when performance is paramount and budgets are modest. Utilizing a newly optimized binary pattern of perforations in a flexible template over a sound-absorbent core, it achieves an excellent balance of sound absorption across the NRC octave bands while preserving the space's ambiance by rolling off the high-frequency absorption above 1000Hz and transitioning to a scattering surface above 2000Hz which prevents lobing effects inherent in typical perforated surfaces. The transition from absorption to diffusion is ideal.
